Your vision is at the heart of everything we create. To ensure we can design something truly bespoke and beautiful for your event, please take a moment to review the following important details:

Booking notice

  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for installations.
  • Number stacks & smaller collections require at least 5–7 days notice.
  • Last minute bookings are subject to availability.

Minimum spend

  • Installations have a minimum spend of £100
  • Grab & go / number stacks start from £45+.
  • Bobo balloons start from £36 - Customers are welcome to provide their own items to be placed inside, or we can source these for you at an additional cost.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
  • Dates are not held without payment.

Outdoor setups

  • Outdoor displays are weather dependent.
  • We cannot guarantee balloons in high winds, rain or extreme heat.

Delivery & setup

  • Delivery is charged based on location.
  • Setup and collection times must be confirmed in advance.

Bespoke work

  • All designs are custom made.
  • Inspiration photos are welcomed but exact replicas are not guaranteed.

To create a bespoke balloon display tailored perfectly to your event, we require details such as your event type, date, venue, colour scheme, theme and any inspiration photos you may have. The more information you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life and design something truly special for your celebration.

Event details

  • Type of event (birthday, baby shower, wedding etc)
  • Name & age going on balloons
  • Date of event
  • Time of event
  • Venue name & location

Theme & colour scheme

  • Colour palette
  • Theme or vibe (luxury, neutral, bright, character etc)
  • Any specific balloons or displays you’ve seen
  • Must-have elements (number stacks, hoop, arch, bubble etc)

Inspiration photos

Photos help massively! Pinterest, Instagram or previous designs you love — upload them or send via email. This allows us to match your aesthetic as closely as possible.

Setup information

  • Indoor or outdoor setup
  • Venue access time
  • Collection time (if required)
  • Space available (floor, table, backdrop area etc)

Budget guidance

Providing a rough budget allows us to design something beautiful within your price range and suggest the best options for you.
