Terms and Conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Full payment is due by the date shown on your invoice.

• Cancellations within 7 days of your event may still be charged in full.

• Once delivered or installed, we cannot be held responsible for damage, popping, or deflation caused by heat, cold, or handling.

• Local delivery covers Neath Port Talbot and surrounding areas (5-mile radius). Extra charges apply for further distances.

• Hire items must be returned in good condition — lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.

• Photos of your setup may be used for promotion unless you request otherwise in writing.

• House of Blooms and Balloons accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage once items have been handed over.

• By paying your invoice, you agree to these terms and conditions.
